Looking for youth futsal coaches!
Overview:
Galaxy Futsal SJ is a progressive youth futsal club based in San Jose CA. Our goal is to provide the best year-round futsal development experience in the Bay Area and have been successful in attracting and retaining top talent from around the region within the 6 – 13 age group range. We have competed and won local and national events and have been selected as one of the 32 exclusive clubs to compete in the United Futsal Championship Series (CCS, see press release here).
We are seeking to hire futsal coaches to support the continued growth of our club and to help us execute our long-term vision. Ideal candidates will first and foremost be passionate and knowledgeable about futsal and have the appropriate credentials and experience as appropriate for the role.
Open roles:
(1) Director of Coaching
The Director of Coaching will be responsible for setting and implementing the mid-to-long term coaching and futsal development strategy for the club. They will be responsible for defining coaching plans and instructing staff coaches. The Director may additionally be responsible for coaching one or more training groups for training sessions, scrimmages and tournament play
(2) Staff Coach
Staff coaches will be responsible for coaching one or more training groups in both weekly training sessions, scrimmages and tournament play.
